Summary

SendReady processes media entirely on your device. We do not operate a SendReady backend for media, and we do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.

Data we process on-device

When you use SendReady, the app may access:

• Photos and videos you select (to compress, convert, or strip metadata)
• Files you pick from the Files app (optional)

These items are processed locally. Temporary files are created on your device for export and may be deleted after you save or share.

Data we do not collect

SendReady does not collect:

• Your name, email, or account credentials (no accounts)
• Location data (optional EXIF strip removes location from exports you create)
• Advertising identifiers for tracking
• Analytics or crash data sent to us by default
• Media libraries in bulk for server-side processing

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase status (a SendReady Pro subscription or the lifetime unlock) is stored via Apple’s StoreKit and may sync through your Apple ID according to Apple’s policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

Share Extension

The Share extension runs on your device using the same on-device processing rules. Weekly free-use counts / Pro status may be stored in an App Group container on your device only.

Children’s privacy

SendReady is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
